The Immersion Mandarin Academy’s （IMA）mission is to provide trilingual fluency and an intellectually challenging, advanced curriculum in Mandarin, integrated within Chinese Government recommended program-YCT. It is through this program that we will educate and inspire our students to become

Kids course

YCT 1-4

 

• YCT 1: Building up the foundation

Intensive YCT 1 Course are for young kids who have no or basic knowledge but are willing to enhance and strengthen their basics to sound more like native speaker time. In YCT 1 course students will develop their knowledge of useful Chinese phrases and greetings to help build your confidence in communicating in Chinese with native Chinese speakers.

 

Why YCT 1

Short Duration:  1.5-2 months

Everyday Practice:  5days a week (Monday to Friday)

Flexible Time:  Managed as per students need

Small Class size:  3-4 students / class

Old Question Set Practice: Practice question set each week

Learning outcomes

By the end of the intensive HSK Course, you’ll be able to…

• Identify Chinese phonetic system (Pinyin)
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Chinese writing system, including stroke orders, structures, and radicals
• Engage with native speakers to communicate in a common everyday situation
• Explore the contemporary culture and life in China
• Collect Chinese Proficiency Exam HSK level 1 vocabulary and language points
